add oh-my-claudecode to workflows, restructure README — new Subscribe/Videos sections, badge system overhaul
- add Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode (23k★, 19 agents, 36 skills) to development workflows table and workflow command (9→10 repos)
- add Yeachan Heo to community follow list
- restructure: extract Videos/Podcasts and Subscribe (formerly People to Follow) into standalone sections
- split Daily tips into 2 focused tips, move follow recommendations to Subscribe section
- badge overhaul: Claude badge (replaces Boris+Team), bright yellow (#f1c40f) for community badges (Shayan, Dex, davila7, Community), rename community SVGs with community- prefix
- delete unused boris-team.svg and videos-podcasts.svg
- add Shayan source tags to 5 tips (Daily, Git/PR, Debugging, Utilities)
- fix tips count 87→69
