Record the manual addition of pbakaus/impeccable (27k stars, 1 SKILL.md
with 7 domain references) into the SKILL COLLECTIONS table — mirrors the
2026-05-01 entry pattern used when addyosmani/agent-skills was added.

Records second v2.1.138 audit run within the day. README CONCEPTS table
unchanged between runs (no commits touched lines 22–68). Findings entirely
INVALID or ON HOLD: 1 spurious drift claim verified false (Tasks `/tasks`
command is real per claude-commands.md:75); 6 RECURRING-INVALID findings
re-flagged per durable user policy (platform surfaces, SDK-scoped pages,
sibling beta inconsistency); 1 ON HOLD (Voice Dictation page no longer
reads as beta but tag persists conservatively); 4 verifications COMPLETE.
No CONCEPTS table edits applied.

One HIGH COMPLETE (badge bumped to v2.1.138 / May 09 2026 7:02 PM PKT). Four
ON HOLD (worktree.baseRef, parentSettingsBehavior, --plugin-url, hard_deny —
deferred as compact rows or admin-tier fields not warranting CONCEPTS surface).
Eight INVALID (recurring-style /slash-commands redirect, missing standalone
rows for Output Styles/Sandboxing/Permission Modes/Headless/etc, Effort Levels,
Workflows row critique — all per established user policy). Five LOW
verifications confirmed all 35+ external URLs and 21 local file paths still
resolve.

All 16 frontmatter fields and 5 built-in agents match across the 12-version
window (v2.1.126 → v2.1.138). No add/remove changes to subagent surfaces.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Frontmatter fields (15) and bundled skills (6) fully synchronized with official
docs across the v2.1.126 → v2.1.138 window. No actionable drift.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records four COMPLETE actions: 1 HIGH (added /radio at Config #12, count
75→76 with renumbering), 3 MED (signature refinements for /clear [name],
/review [PR], /context [all]).
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records msitarzewski/agency-agents 185→186 oscillation as INVALID (within ±1
margin per prior 184–186 oscillation policy; per-directory enumeration sums to
172 vs Python crawl's 186, agent confidence 0.93). VoltAgent 144 confirmed as
real (per-category sum exact, prior 144↔145 oscillation resolved as content
change rather than pagination artifact). Star counts unchanged
(msitarzewski 95k, VoltAgent 19k); sort order preserved.

Records this run's drift triage: 14 HIGH actions COMPLETE (7 settings + 6 env
vars + version bump), 7 MED items ON HOLD (deferred per user scope), 2 INVALID
items (false-positive drift claims from agents).

Appends a new dated entry (2026-05-01 03:29 PM PKT) for the Claude Code v2.1.126 settings update:
- 9 COMPLETE: version-bump, 3 new keys (preferredNotifChannel, ANTHROPIC_BEDROCK_SERVICE_TIER, CLAUDE_CODE_PROVIDER_MANAGED_BY_HOST), enriched bypassPermissions/defaultShell/spinnerTipsOverride descriptions, /config persistence note, Quick Reference example refresh
- 2 ON HOLD: OTEL_LOG_TOOL_DETAILS and OTEL_LOG_TOOL_CONTENT (changelog-only, recurring 16+ runs)
- 3 INVALID: spurious drift claims from research agent (autoSummaryEnabled non-existent, Agent(agent:name) prefix unverified, descriptive defaults flipped to "-" with no user benefit)
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records mattpocock/skills bumps (★ 33k→36k, skills 17→18) overtaking
wshobson/agents (★ 35k→34k), plus VoltAgent curated count correction
(1,100+ → 930+ per actual README parse). anthropics/skills and
K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skills unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records README CONCEPTS table updates for Subagents (CLAUDE_CODE_FORK_SUBAGENT),
Hooks (updatedToolOutput), MCP Servers (alwaysLoad), Settings (Auto Mode Config
inline link), and Ultrareview (claude ultrareview subcommand). The recurring
/slash-commands stale URL claim remains INVALID per long-standing user decision.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
No drift on the two tracked dimensions (16 frontmatter fields, 5 built-in
agents). Records the user-requested enum value addition (xhigh) to the effort
field description.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records promotion of fewer-permission-prompts from changelog-only to bundled
skills table, with /en/commands as the authoritative source over /en/skills.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records the v2.1.121 settings update: alwaysLoad, sshConfigs, status line
fields, ~/.claude.json → settings.json file-scope migration, AI_AGENT and
OTEL_LOG_USER_PROMPTS env vars, bypassPermissions exemption, /effort xhigh,
\${CLAUDE_EFFORT}, and broken auto-mode anchor links. OTEL_LOG_TOOL_DETAILS
and OTEL_LOG_TOOL_CONTENT remain ON HOLD per Rule 8A/10B.

Records the initial seeding of the SKILL COLLECTIONS table from the
development-workflows-research-agent findings on 2026-04-28. Establishes
status legend so future /workflows:skill-collections runs can append
entries in the same format as changelog/development-workflows/.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Append entry recording 9 applied actions (5 star bumps, 1 BMAD tag rewrite
22+ platforms→42 platforms, 3 count updates for Compound Engineering and
BMAD) plus 4 ON HOLD verify items for recurring API-vs-baseline drops
(ECC commands/skills, GSD commands, oh-my-claudecode skills, Superpowers
agents). The held items follow the established conservative pattern of
keeping the higher prior count when API enumeration drops aren't backed
by a release note.

Append v2.1.119 entry recording 17 actions: Tasks row URL retargeted to
local report, Scheduled Tasks description disambiguated into 3 surfaces
(loop/schedule/desktop), Fast Mode added as Hot row (with Settings
side-link removed to avoid duplication), Auto Memory Deep-dive and Skills
for Mono-repos inline links added, plus 8 verification rows confirming
all CONCEPTS URLs/anchors stable. INVALID rows cover the recurring
/slash-commands redirect (kept by user) and incorrect agent reads of beta
status / minor concept additions.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Codify the new check surfaced this run: README ![beta] badges in the Hot
table should still match the upstream docs page banner (research preview,
experimental, env-var gated). Origin: workflow-concepts-agent flagged
Routines, No Flicker Mode, Computer Use, and Code Review as candidates;
re-verification confirmed all four still legitimately carry beta status,
but the drift type wasn't covered by existing description-currency rules.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Append v2.1.119 entry covering all settings/env-var/CLI changes applied to
claude-settings.md: prUrlTemplate, voice object expansion, auto permission
mode rewrite, blockedMarketplaces hostPattern/pathPattern enforcement,
CLAUDE_CODE_HIDE_CWD env var, claude plugin tag CLI, MCP OAuth callout,
and Quick Reference example. Includes 4 ON HOLD/INVALID rows for recurring
items (OTEL_LOG_*, schemastore redirect, agent-flagged false drift).
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Append v2.1.119 entry confirming all 16 frontmatter fields and 5 built-in
agents remain in sync with official docs.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Append v2.1.119 entry confirming frontmatter (15 fields) and bundled
skills (5) remain synchronized with official docs.
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Records 13 items: Hooks row updated to include `mcp_tool` as a 5th handler type (v2.1.118 adds "Hooks can invoke MCP tools directly"), Workflows row description filled in, CLI Startup Flags row references new /usage merger, plus verification items for hooks/ultrareview/checkpointing pages. One RECURRING INVALID (slash-commands URL redirect, kept across 18+ runs per user preference).
Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
No drift detected — report is fully in sync with official docs. All 16 frontmatter fields and 5 built-in agents match.
